On July19, 2022 beneficiary N.A. (name is changed) applied to New Generation Humanitarian NGO (hereinafter also referred to as NGNGO). The beneficiary informed that in September 2019 she had applied to Erebuni Medical Center with health issues and was urgently operated on by surgeon Saribek Saharyan with a life-saving indication. However, the patient’s health condition was not improved after the surgery and Saribek Saharyan operated her with the same indication 3 more times. After the second surgery, they had to do another urgent surgery the next day due to the surgeon’s mistake as attested by the patient. Despite all that the patient’s health condition wasn’t improved again, and she had to turn to Erebuni medical center and her doctor numerous times but the doctor and even the medical center refuse to accept the patient.  Moreover, on July 4, 2022 the patient had to call an ambulance due to another worsening of her state of health, the 44th ambulance unit arrived and took the person to Erebuni medical center.  The person was refused to be accepted at the very reception hall of the hospital and was not provided necessary and proper medical care. N.A. called her surgeon but the latter again didn’t answer her calls.
