New Generation Humanitarian NGO announces an open call for 3 different experts to gather a pool of experts, to build the capacities of the experts on budget advocacy, budget analysis and budget accountability and to develop 3 important documents .

 

Project — Budget Analysis for the Engagement of the KPs in the Decision-making Processes.

 

Position

 

1․ Expert on Identification of the funding gaps in national budget of Armenia for health services for KPs,

2. Expert on Identification of the funding gaps in national budget of Armenia for social services for KPs,

3. Expert on Presenting the international experience in budget advocacy for health and social services for KPs.

 

Work duration  — Contractual

 

Place of work — Yerevan, Republic of Armenia

 

Job Description

 

Obligations

 

  • To participate in a capacity building training run by the international expert on budget advocacy, budget analysis and budget accountability.
  • To conduct researches and analyze the national budget of Armenia in respect to health (Expert 1) and social (Expert 2) services for KPs as well as study the international practice on Budget advocacy processes (Expert 3):
  • To develop documents to identify:
    • the funding gaps in the national budget of Armenia for health and social services for KPs (Expert 1),
    • the funding gaps in the national budget of Armenia for health and social services for KPs (Expert 2),
    • the international experience in budget advocacy for health and social services for KPs (Expert 3).

 

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Work experience in the field of budget advocacy, budget analysis and budget accountability,
  • Analyzing skills,
  • Communication skills;
  • Education and training on relevant field will be considered a plus,
  • Excellency in the Armenian language, knowledge of Russian and English is highly desired,
  • Team working skills,
  • Reports development skills.
