Has been cooperating with “New Generation” Humanitarian NGO since 2016. He presented the rights of the beneficiaries of the organization who were subjected to discrimination, inhuman treatment, etc. in court, in the police and in other state structures. He is mainly specialized in criminal cases, more in-depth in the protection of the rights of victims of torture and discrimination. Also submits complaints to the European Court of Human Rights in these cases.
Within the framework of cooperation with “New Generation” Humanitarian NGO, it also conducted trainings on “Torture” among the target and target groups.

Arman Gharibyan conducts trainings on “Freedom of Speech vs. Hate Speech”, “Coverage of the Rights of Vulnerable Groups”, “Coverage of Human Rights”, “Gender Equality”. He is a journalist by profession։ Master of Human Rights. He is the co-founder of the “Human Rights Power” NGO, teaches at the Faculty of Journalism of Yerevan State University.

In 2015- graduated from the medical faculty of Moscow State Medical University after Sechenov.
In 2015-2017, 2017-2021- studied clinical residency and postgraduate studies at the Department of Endocrinology No. 1 of the Sechenov University.
In 2017 – passed training courses at the Almanazov National Medical Research Center.
In 2020 – received an additional higher education in the field of scientific communication and medical journalism at ITMO University.
She has experience of working in inpatient and outpatient departments of state medical institutions. She currently works in a private clinic.
Within the cooperation with New Generation Humanitarian NGO, Evdokia Tsvetkova has conducted training sessions for Armenian endocrinologists on the topics of Specificities of Hormone Therapy and Gender Affirming Procedures for Trans People, WHO requirements, Russian experience in the field.

In 2015-17 coordinated the human rights and advocacy programs of “New Generation” Humanitarian NGO working on the issues of vulnerable groups.
In 2016 was included as an expert from New Generation Humanitarian NGO in the group of public observers carrying out public control in penitentiary institutions and bodies of the RA Ministry of Justice, and in 2017 was included there as a member from the Center for Legal Initiatives NGO.
Since 2018 has been coordinating the communication work of the group of public observers carrying out public control in the penitentiary institutions of the RA Ministry of Justice. Has been a member of the “Fight Against Discrimination for Equality” coalition since 2018.
