POSITION:  EXPERT ON ANALYSIS OF THE AVAILABILITY OF HIV SERVICES FOR MSM IN ARMENIA AND ADVOCACY PLAN DEVELOPMENT

 

Start of the work — April 15, 2021

 

Job Description

  • Study HIV services provided to MSM in Armenia and their accordance with international standards using the MSMIT tool,
  • Develop a document presenting HIV services provided to MSM in Armenia as well as identifying the gaps of provision of HIV services,
  • Facilitate a working meeting with participation of field organizations, experts and community representatives presenting the results of the study,
  • Finalize the document and translate into English,
  • Develop an advocacy plan to address the gaps of the HIV services for MSM identified during the analysis based on the results and recommendations of the working meeting,
  • In case of necessity present the document during meeting-discussions.

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Work experience in the field of study work and advocacy plan development.
  • Communication skills.
  • Experience in developing strategic documents.
  • Education and training on relevant topic will be considered a plus.
