HIV LEADERSHIP SCHOOL STARTS

We are pleased to inform that another HIV Leadership School starts for emerging trans* activists.

New Generation Humanitarian NGO organizes a four-day leadership school for Armenian trans* and non-binary community representatives within the framework of “Trans* “Map in EECA” project financed by Eurasian Coalition on Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity.

The aim of the leadership school is promotion of trans* community engagement in HIV decision making processes.

 

Participation in the leadership school will help trans* activists to:

  • develop their leadership skills,
  • get knowledge on HIV prevention national mechanisms and instruments,
  • study advocacy methods and tools, community mobalization, prevention of stigma and discrimination,
  • develop trainer skills.

 

When:   July 20-22, 2022

 

Where: The place of the meeting and other organizational issues will be presented to the selected participants in an additional email.

 

The working language of the meeting is Armenian.

Participation is free of charge.

In the course of the meeting, the accommodation and travel expenses of the hotel are covered by the organization.
