NGNGO IS LOOKING FOR HIV CAPACITY BUILDING AND ADVOCACY EXPERTS

New Generation Humanitarian NGO announces an open call for experts in the field of HIV desk-research, capacity builiding and advocacy:

EXPERT 1․

Duration: 12 days

Work start: January 2024

 

Work Description:

1. To conduct a desk research and collect all available documents and strategic data concerning MSM community in the field of HIV, including IBBS, Cascade, MSM-specific and competent services package, community-led monitoring data, WHO guidelines and standards, etc.

2․ To prepare a training module on the topics of Advocacy and Instruments, Decision Making Process: Importance of Community Engagement, Strategic Data concerning MSM: How to Use the Data for Advocacy Purposes, 
3․ To conduct a 1-day training on the above-mentioned topics for 20 MSM expert pool members. 

 

EXPERT 2․

Duration: 15 days

Work start:  February, 2024

 

Work Description:

1. To preparte the pool of 20 MSM experts for the advocacy meetings with representatives of decision making bodies in the field of healthcare,  
2․ Аttend all the advocacy working meetings in person, 
3․ Make notes about the meeting-discussions, prepare a summary report of the results of the discussions, including recommendations for the pool of experts on further concrete steps and actions.
