OPEN CALL FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING EXPERT

Position: Strategic Planning Expert

The purpose of the session

Through the collaborative work of the NGNGO team, stakeholder groups and experts,

develop the NGO strategy and make the documents of strategic importance for the NGNGO.

 

Job Description:

  • Participate in a three-day offsite session of the NGO.
  • Collaborating with the NGO’s team and stakeholder groups to assist in designing and

developing the strategy and strategically important documents for the NGO.

 

Required qualifications and skills.

  • Work experience in the field,
  • Strategic document development skills,
  • Work experience with LGBTI people,
  • Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of English and Russian, as well as higher education in the relevant field will be

considered as an advantage.
